White patch on penis head..STD?

Hi.

About 4-5 weeks ago I had a sexual encounter with a stranger. I was received unprotected oral sex.

After two weeks I went to a specialist std clinic to get examined and tested. I have not had any itching, pain, discomfort, growths etc. the examination and Std results came back as everything is normal. As an extra precaution I took a round of antibiotics while waiting for the test results.

About 2 days ago then I have noticed a faint white discolouration patch on the penis head about halfway between the tip and the edge. It's quite faint but can be seen when I press down on it (kind of like when you have a mosquito bite, you press down on it and the white area stays white). It's very faint but it resembles a rough shape of a square. There's no pain or itching etc and I think if I wasn't so anxious I wouldn't have noticed it.

My concern is that it might be syphilis, as the doctor didn't test for it because she said after the examination/consultation that it wouldn't be syphilis.

Does this sound like a symptom of syphilis or hpv??
Thanks

Hi syphilis is not a discolored patch but a painless chancre sore and getting syphilis from oral sex is really rare. Contracting syphilis is almost always genital to genital contact.

Any help please??

How long would it take for symptoms such as chancres/sores/warts and sensations such as discharge and burning to manifest after exposure??

Edit: the past day I think I can feel something in that area. It doesn't hurt or itch but I think it feels more sensitive when rubbing on my boxer shorts.
