Worried about STD / STI / HIV

I am writing to everyone not to be annoying, but to address my concern.  I a male in his early 40s who is in a relationship with a women and I have a family.  About seven to eight months ago I went to a strip club (bad idea) where I got a dance.  It wasn't a private dance since there were other dancers doing dances near me.  Anyway, while getting this dance the dancer put her hands down my pants and provided a some manual stimulation (hand job) for 40 seconds to a minute tops.  I honestly can't see it being longer.  She might have tried to kiss or suck my NIPPLES (NOT PENIS), for a second, but I pushed her away.  In addition, she might have used saliva while providing the hand job; however, I do not remember.  

There was none of the following:

- NO Anal Sex
- NO Oral Sex
- NO Vaginal Sex

I am worried that I might have an STD or HIV.  I had ZERO symptoms till 7 days ago.  Since that time my lower back hurts and my side and for the last six days it feels like a pin or cotton swab is going into my penis hole and it makes me move uncomfortable.  Does that hurt??? no, but I notice it enough to move.  I have ZERO burning when I pee.  How often does the penis hole thing happen???? Honestly very random maybe 5 times real quickly in an hour and then not again for five hours.  

I am freaking out I have an STD / have ruined my family.  My wife I believe was tested again a few months after the incident, but we only had sex a few times.  

I am freaking out I got a STD/ STI / HIV through a 40 - 65 hand job.  

My doctor said she will take a urine sample.  She says that will test for Chylmadia and whether I have a urinary tract infection....

Could I honestly have a STD from this?????? There goes my marriage...  

I am losing it in so many ways its nuts!

You had zero risk for HIV. That's a full ZERO.  HIV is only transmitted from unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  So, take that off your list of worries. And while you are at it, if all you got was a hand job, stop worrying in general about all STD's.  Seek professional help for unwarranted anxiety if you can't.

In reading our posts, definitely see a doctor to focus on over the top anxiety that represents a mental health issue.  Your ruminating and catastrophic thinking is not within normal.

All I got was a hand job for 40 - 60 seconds at most.  

Why is my back hurt and tingling penis.  

Online they mentioned the following possibilities...

UTI
Kidney Stones
Gential Warts
Gential Herpes
/ MS

I have no burning while urinating etc... Its just a "twich" that happens sporadically down there.  

Again, exposure was 7 to 8 months ago.  Back pain / side pain and now twitching in my penis has been going on for about 10 + days.  Getting a urine test done / waiting results.

Why the hell could this be.  Its not even so much back pain now, but more like someone is grabbing me type feeling / back and side of  my body.  

I just spit out something from my mouth and it was a booger with slight redness (looks like blood).

I have read many many things.  It says that I could have a GENTIAL HERPES.  I am freaking out!!!!!!!  

Gential Herpes  / Skin to Skin contact  (Hand to Penis) - I am freaking out.  I am done.  My life is OVER!

I am in exactly the same situation as you. I have contacted many std clinic regarding this issue and all have said the same thing too me as I will say to you now.

Kiss = no risk however deep it is.
Handjob= no risk

I have an ulcer in my mouth after a kiss but doctors have told me kissing and getting handjob is no risk at all. So don’t worry.

I am sure more people will confirm what I have just said to u.

Thank you!  I am just freaking out.  Why would I be feeling this.  I was told it could be a UTI, but it doesn't happen when I pee.  The slight tingle I stated happens for a second and happens only a few times a day.  The issue is it should never happen.

It has now been 7 to 8 months.  I am looking up stuff regarding my 13 day long back pain and the random tingling of my penis.  I think I have a STD or worse HIV.  I am so depressed I can't even MOVE.  

I am the first person to get HIV from a quick hand job.. I am losing it.  Or I have a very bad STI / STD.. You shouldn't feel anything/ I just started feeling something about 9 days ago... WHAT THE HELL!!!

I read that I could have HIV, starting Genitial Warts or Herpes...
