Worried about STD and throat cancer

Hi Doctor,

I had oral sex with a CSW 6 months ago, in which I suck her vagina but I did protected intercourse. A few day's after, I had a throat infection and doctor told me that I have pharyngitis. He gave me Monocef -O and it cleared the infection within a week. Due to fear of HIV, I did a PCR test after one month and it came negative. But after one month, I had huge pain in my penis and some warts on feet, I went to a dermatologist and as per his advice I did VDRL and HSV I and II test, all came negetive.

I thought it could be kidney problem and went to an Urologist, he prescribed me some medication and I continue it for 3 months and now the pain is very less. During that time I found that my urine is always of light yellow color and I did a CUE test. In that test, it revealed that I had 2-3 percent pass cell present, which I told to my doctor, I also told him about some small warts on the foreskin area of my penis, but he told me that it could be of those antibiotics.

I also did a Semen analysis and it is shown that WBC is 4-6 HPF. Few day's back I took chilled soft drinks and I again got throat pain. I started again taking Monocef - O.

My question's are -

1) Is the throat pain is sign of throat cancer caused by HPV, since I did oral sex?

2) Is the pain i penis is symptom of penile cancer caused by HPV?

3) Is it caused b Gonorrhoea?

4) If it is any STD, since now it is almost 6 months, can treatment makes it cure?

I am really thankful to MedHelp, the way they guided me and remove my fear of HIV.  I am really want to donate this organisation.

Please doctor help me in this regard as well.

Regards

Thanks for clearifying the doubts. But I have one thing noticed, my eye's are allways red, when throat pain stops, pain and sensation in penis begins, when pain in penis stops throat pain begins. I consulted with urologist, ent's, darmatologist but no one could able to tell me what would be the problem. My only anxiety is that after one week i am going to marry. Will this physical problems of mine can be pass to her body if I do unprotected sex wither?

No kidney stone has nothing to do with STD's. White bumps is also not a STD.

After 6 months now I have diagnosed with kidney stone 6 mm. Is it because of STD? I also noticed a white bump under my penis. Should I repeat all STD tests again? I am really worried this time. Please help me.

the cancers associated with sexual contact are from hpv. These develop after YEARS of being infected with hpv. it's not something you would develop this quickly.  no reason to think your oral symptoms are anything more than the common upper respiratory infections that many folks are coming down with this time of the year. If you need peace of mind, ask for an oral swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

you never needed testing for hiv. you had oral sex which is almost no risk as well as protected genital sex.

your herpes igg blood testing was done too early. you needed to wait at least 3 months post encounter for that. That said, no reason to think herpes is the cause of your symptoms either. Your syphilis testing was done  after 6 weeks post encounter so no need to repeat that.

see your regular provider for a full exam and make sure that they also manually examine your prostate too.
