Worried about Urine Test

I had an encounter with a woman I just met about a week and a half ago.  She performed unprotected oral sex on me for about 2 minutes and we then had protected sex for about 10 minutes.  I also had an encounter with a SW 3 days ago.  She performed analingus on me for about 5 minutes (no oral) and then we had protected sex for about 10 minutes.  She also fingered herself and may have touched my penis.

I've also visited about 5 massage parlours since my last STD test (about 2 months ago) where I just received handjobs.

I was worried so I took an STD test today at the urology clinic I usually go to.  The rapid blood test for HIV, Syphilis, and Herpes turned up negative.  I took a urine test however, and the doctor said that there is some inflammation.  He said that it is "most likely" a minor STD but his English was not good so he could have miscommunicated (I'm currently living in Korea).  He mentioned this after looking at my previous tests which did not show any inflammation whatsoever.  The results come out in 3 days.

My first question is, could I have caught an STD from the activities listed above?  I know that the chances of contracting something from oral sex is pretty low and I always wear a condom when having sex.

Secondly, is the doctor able to make such a quick diagnosis after looking at my urine sample about 10 minutes after I had provided it?

Needless to say I'm worried and am pondering on getting a 2nd opinion at an English-speaking clinic before the results from the first test come out.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I have read your conversation and am experiencing a similar sensation after unprotected sex in the Phillipines. Except I have tingling at the head of my penis, and itching in the anus. I assume this is symptoms of an STD, but it's hard to know which one bc I am in China. I had a blood and urine test, and the blood was ok, but the urine had a high RBC count, 10/ul. He gave me antibiotics and the itching and tingling has subsided substantially, but not completely.
What STD do you think this is, with those symptoms, and what antibiotic is the best to cure it? I am currently on Cipro because I think I have a urinary tract infection of some sort.
And what do you think the high RBC is related to?

Thanks for any help you can offer me.

You would need to blood test to confirm. Herpes does not show up in days...probably takes weeks to show up.

Thanks Vance.

I actually feel no symptoms (burning, discharge, etc.) whatsoever but I took the test because I'm just worried about things like this.  Wouldn't herpes symptoms show up pretty quickly though (within several days)?  Or would the blood test be necessary should symptoms not be present?

The final result will come out tomorrow and I'm praying that it comes back negative.

Thanks for the responses.

High count could be from a number of different things and many not STD related.

You could have gotten a STD fromthe unprotected oral but if you don't have any discharge or burning while urinating then the chance of it is real low.

As Grace said herpes would be possible but it's a blood test that needs to be done and have to wait 4 months. But that risk was low.

Oh one more thing,

I went to get a 2nd opinion today and took another urine test.  The doctor did indeed confirm that I had a high WBC.  I actually remembered the first doc saying this as well.  The 2nd doctor attributed it to stress (I have actually been under extreme stress for the past 6 weeks).  I also got about 30 mosquito bites over the past week which have been uncomfortable to say the least.

Could this have anything to do with the high count?

Thanks Grace.

I should also mention that the SW spat on the head of my penis, although she did not perform oral sex.  Could this be the reason for the abnormality in my urine test?

Not sure what they meant by seeing inflammation from an urine test?  maybe just there were some white cells but no bacteria seen perhaps?

Normal bacteria in the mouth aren't always so normal when in the urogenital tract. Since your urine test was abnormal. it's worthwhile following up on this further.

condoms are not 100% protection against herpes transmission.  It can take up to 4 months after an encounter for a newly acquired herpes infection to show up on your igg blood test results.  Now not saying this sounds like herpes by no means, just telling you as a fyi for future testing for std's from encounters.  Also hiv testing needs to be done 3 months post encounter too though none of the encounters you've described are risks of hiv ( just another fyi  for ya ).
