Worried about mutual handjob

Hello I am worried terribly about an encounter with another male. This happened recently and I was nervous and very sorry about what happened. I know there are many similar questions asked here and other similar portals but I am worried sick and can't get over it. It is killing me so I wanted to get some expert help directly based on specific encounter. I would be more than grateful if you could help me out.

Before anything happened he applied condom on both of us. I performed oral sex on protected part and did not come into contact with any other part. I might have touched base and genital area with my right hand but I was not using that hand to touch myself.

I got nervous and stopped and I continued to perform handjob on him and myself for a very brief time. First it was protected but we discarded the condoms. I used different hands on him(right hand) and myself (left hand) which I am not sure if matters. Shortly I completed and we stopped. Like I said it was uncomfortable and we ended it there. Also he removed his condom himself and he did not touch me after that.

my questions are;

1. Was any part of this exposure risky for any stds? I believe protected oral was safe as I did not come into contact with anywhere else than the condom which was applied properly.

2. Was the brief masturbation risky and would it matter if I used separate hands? I saw that there are many similar questions about this but I would like to mention I did not observe any fluids or any sores or discharge during this encounter.

3. Should I get tested and when should I get tested? What specific stds are in question here?

4. He mentioned he is "clean" (not sure a right word but that was his choice of word) and did not have any stds and I did not notice anything (no sores, fluids or odd shapes)

Hi vance I just wanted to be sure so I got tested for stds I had a full panel done after 4 weeks which I believe has a very high accuracy by now. All came back negative. I did not observe any symptoms what so ever so I believe that is a good sign. Do you think there are any follow ups required ? Should I be concerned about anything or these results would be conclusive ? Thank you very much for your help I think you are doing an amazing job

I just realized one more risky thing about this exposure. I sucked his breast and as he was on hormone therapy going through gender change I am worried I had a drop or two of breast milk. I felt a strange taste and did not think about it mich bit later on I got worried more and more. I am planning on early detection hiv testing after two weeks is this necessary and would that give an accurate result ?

Actually I had a question , I heard that there is a possibility for syphilis,hpv infection this way from skin to skin contact. Now I feel like the contact was not intense but I am still comcerned should I be ?

Thank you Vance I have been losing my mind. I stil am a bit uncertain but I believe I will get over it. I am also considering an std panel done for inner peace. How long should I wait? Or is it not necessary at all

I understand this is a very very low risk exposure but wouldn't there be a risk from mutual masturbation at all ? I saw that Dr Hook mentioned there is a theoretical risk but I am just wondering if it would be anything to worry about? I have a relationship and I feel horrible about what happened but I don't want to put my partner at risk for this foolish act.
