Worried over exposure. Should I test?

Hello, last night I visited a csw where I was involved in fingering her with a condom on my finger and protected oral sex. It ended with mutual masturbation. I masturbated with the same hand I fingered her with (protected). But before masturbation I had wiped the finger off with paper when i removed the condom. Did not have sex. I ejaculated in the condom.

I saw a tiny mark on both sides of her lips and asked her what it was and asked her if it was a disease like oral herpes. She wasn't aware of it. Also, while fingering, though I had a condom, the bottom of my finger might have come in touch with the area around her vagina. I was taking care but assume it might have happened. I also noticed some spots near her genital area more like on the inner thigh. Didn't touch it but suspect it might be herpes or maybe from shaving her pubic hair. I did not touch that part either. I proceeded with oral sex and masturbation after that.

During oral sex I don't think her mouth or lips came in contact with my skin at all as she went till about half my penis shaft and not below. She was touching and rubbing the region under the penis and around testicles with her bare hands. Also, I did not really kiss her on the lips. Just kissed her once with closed mouth, mostly cheeks a few times and hugged her.

Now if I assume she had both genital and oral HSV or any other STD, what is the risk I carry out of this? I am worried as I impulsively went and came back with this. Was also a bit high at the time so might have made a mistake doing this.

I have tested about 3 months back for HIV which was non reactive after the window period. Did not have sex after that. Just the protected oral. Do I need to get tested after this encounter for HIV or any other STD? What sort of changes or symptoms should I look for?  I am losing sleep over the whole thing and am worried I could have made a great mistake by doing this and guilty about it. I tried to be safe but I don't know now. Please advise and help.
