Worried

I'm worried sick. 5 days ago I did something I hugely regret. I had unprotected oral sex off a sex worker. I'm now worried sick I may have caught something. I have no obvious signs of an STD right now. Although every now and again I feel as if my penis is itchy. But this only seems to occur when I'm sat regretting and worrying about what I did.
I have read many posts on here that I guess would suggest that the chances of contracting anything are extremely slim to start with. And I guess if I'd caught something I may have had some signs by now. I just want to know are my apparent symptoms down to my worrying? And secondly if I was to get tested how much longer should I be waiting before I go the the clinic and have a full screen carried out? I'm so worried about accidentally passing something on to someone.
Any advice would be greatly recieved.

I really hope so. I just need to see a doctor for them to confirm what I'm looking at and then maybe get a test for bacterial infections so I can rule everything out. Then I can stop worrying!

Thanks for your reply. Today I have found two tiny red fissures in my groin fold where there seems to be a normal skin crease am I being paranoid thinking this could be the start of herpes? I haven't had a cold or sore throat etc. and the only time I really notice them is when my underwear rubs or I'm thinking about them. I also think the very tip of my penis is very red at the moment only around the opening. It's not painfully red and also is not painful or producing any type of discharge. Is it possible i maybe have jock itch as I only returned from holiday 9 days ago and spent a lot of time laying around in wet shorts etc.

I just went through the same thing the experts here recommend Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, herpes, and Syphilis. Most std are not transferred easily through insertive oral sex. There are not any proven cases of hiv transferred this way. 90% of individuals already have herpes 1. Herpes 1 causes cold sores. If you already have herpes 1 which most people do, you can't catch it again. I hope this helps God bless. There is no such thing as safe sex till your in a mutually exclusive relationship.
