Yellow Discarge

Hello, I'm male, trying to word this correctly.  While I was using the bathroom, as I was finishing/wiping I got a feeling like I had to urinate.  What came out with the urine was a clear yellow jelly like substance of some kind. Maybe the consistency of sperm, and about half a teaspoons worth in amount. No pain.  I'm worried because I know both chlamydia & gonnorea have a discharge as a symptom.  The only unprotected sex I've had was receiving & giving oral with one person & we do not have multiple partners.  I do not know there status though, though their last relationship ended a couple years ago. Should I be concerned?  If not an std what could this be?  Thank you.

Low risk. Deepthroating might cause transmission.
Go get tested.

I am going in for testing soon.  But if it isn't an std what could it be?  I have been a little paranoid since it happened so been checking myself, the same thing hasn't happened in the last couple days.  I did have what looks like precum while I was hanging out with my girl.  We weren't doing anything sexual (I have read you can produce that without an erection but are aroused still)  I'm assuming I don't have anything.  Just freaked a bit because if I do it would of come from her as my last testing was a year after my last sexual encounter and it came back negative, and haven't had any other partners in between that and her, my time with her started a few months ago.  I wouldn't know how to bring it up if I got something from her because I don't want her to feel bad, or go on the defensive and assume I had it and am trying to save face and it destroys our relationship.  I know it wouldn't be a big deal, just some antibiotics and gone.  Just worried about her reaction if I have to cross that bridge.

Definitely get tested. A UTI could also cause these symptoms. You won't be doing yourself or your partner any favors by ignoring an STD. I understand these discussions can feel overwhelming wrought with difficulties, but you will also establish trust and vulnerability. Also, if this is an STD, you could protect her future fertility by getting treatment.

Going to get an std test soon.  Took a uti test at home in between, took two & both showed non-reactive for white blood cells (leukocytes) and nitrites, which while not specifically telling me about an std, do seem to indicate there isn't an infection as white blood cells in urine mean my body is attempting to fight an infection.  Still getting the std testing done soon, but do you think I can get a little peace if mind knowing my body doesn't seem to be reacting to an infection in that region?  I read that sometimes the body can purge fluid from the penis after a bowel movement, and while I was wiping it did feel like I put pressure on something right before, possibly tge prostate.  I had not ejaculated for a week beforehand and have been taking some supplements known to increase reproductive fluid production in men. Not trying to self diagnose, but could be the culprit.  The fluid that came out was urine colored came out with the urine, and has not happened since. The std testing has to wait until after the holiday so trying to reduce ny worries until those results come in.

If you had a discharge related to infection it would be consistent, you would also have other symptoms like frequent urniation, and you would have had WBC in your urine. To me this doesn’t sound stds related. Best of luck
