a few tiny, painless white bumps in my pubic area

So this has really been bothering me. I've been reading so much online, and nothing really seems to exactly match my symptoms.

I've noticed four very small bead-like white-to-skin colored bumps in my pubic region. Two are right next to each other, in the area right where my waistband is, another is just a little above those two, and the fourth is down near the base of my penis, right where pubic bone, my testicles, and the right side of penis meet.

The weird thing about these lesions are: 1. I've never seen anything like them before on me, which scares me. 2. They don't do anything! They don't hurt, they don't itch, I can not pop them, and it doesn't even hurt when I try...they look like they are filled with puss but I have seen absolutely no discharge (and like I said I can't pop them). The only way I noticed them was by running my fingers over them.

I don't think it's folliculitis, I think I've had that before and this is not the same visually at all. They look too white & bubbly to be something normal, but maybe I'm wrong about that, but also, I'm almost 27 and I have never seen anything like this before.

They won't go away at all. I noticed them about 3 weeks ago, they have not changed in size, shape, or color since. Like I said, they don't do anything.

From what I've read, my best guess is genital warts?

Anyway, I would REALLY appreciate some clarity about this. I'm not going to have sex with anyone until I find out what these things are, and that's what bothers me and scares me about them. I don't want to have to limit my sex life forever because of these tiny little things!

Best advice is to see a Dr, bumps like this can be many things and often not STD related but only a Dr is going to give you the answer you seek.
