I answered this in military health also. I work in a military medical facility. The only thing the military routinely test for is HIV in both men and women. I have to double check for deployment but other than that, it is once per year. Also, chlamydia is routinely tested for during a woman's annual pap smear. Other than that, the military is not going to pay money for std testing unless you go and complain of symptoms. They figure as adults in the military, you should be responsible enough to know how to protect yourself when it comes to sexual activity. They can force deployment but not sex.
oohhh im sorry i read that wrong.
I am std checked by my commanding officer?
Ask your commanding officer.
