Now it is 56th day no warts on my genital and no blisters leisons nothing no itching also now i am feeling like some small bumbs on upper inner lips its not visible but only i can feel when i touch with tounge. my question is 1: what made swelling under the tounge .? 2: does vdrl is the test cover all stds ? 3: does the painless bumbs inside the mouth is a oral cancer or oral warts ? please help me

Your question was answered STD's in general only effect the area to which they transmit. You receiving oral sex isn't a std risk for your mouth.

I agree with your Dr's this is anxiety based. How did receiving oral sex affect your tongue? Std wise it didn't
