Hi people,

Ill try be as brief as possible.

Had a protected encounter in Feb time, with a massage lady.

I recieved unprotected handjob, and protected oral and sex. After ejaculating, i pulled out and condom was hanging outside the vagina. I dont know whether it came off during withdrawl or during sex.

Around 1day after i masturbated and my penis got seriously irritated, skin was itchy etc.

I developed oral thrush, skin fungal infection, which has never seemed to go away.

I had an std screen i believe 8 days after the sexual encounter, which to my relief came back negative.

During the period of getting tested and now, ive had on and off symptoms, that seem to come and go, and i believe is aggravated by anxiety that i have, because it seems to flare up each time, or that im more aware of my health.

Symptoms are as follows:

A slight ache in lower back
A slight ache in lower stomach
Slight itchy penis (on and off)
Penis head is inflammed (circumsised)
Testicle ache that comes and go
I feel shooting pains in my penis
Low amounts of urine but urinating often
Slow flow of urine
Slight pain while urinating (nothing major)
Feeling of cold penis
Feeling of dripping penis

Ive had no discharge that i know of, and no stains in pants, that im aware of.

When i shine a torch down my uretha, i can see like some slight liquid there, that cant be squeezed out.

Ive been so anxious about it all, and im scared that ive passed it onto my girlfriend.

Around 6 months after my first screen, i had an chlamdyia urine test that came back negative. Although im worrying so much about gonorrhea.

1- If i had gonorrhea, would symptoms come every so often and then dissapear again?

2- Is 8 days enough time to detect gonorrhea in urine?

3- Whats the offical window period of gono? Ive read mixed things from 3 weeks to 2 days.

I did a gono self test at home with a swab and that was negative but i couldnt stick the swab very far up the uretha so i dont know if it was a clear test.

4- Can i resume sex with my gf without any worries?

5 - How clear are gono symptoms? How much discharge is normally present with gono?

6- is the liquid in my urethra dischsrge?

7 - could i be causing the symptoms myself, as i am constantly squeezing my penis to see if theres discharge? Comstantly checking pants

Sorry for the long thread, but i just wanted to get absolutley everything off my chest and get some expert opinions so i can get rid of my anxiety, or whether you suggest another test?

If all my questions are answered it will help so much!

1. you can rule out gono as your penis was covered, condom slipping off after pulling out or not. Dosent matter as nothing could get inside your penis.

4. before being intimate with your g/f test for syphilis and herpes.

7 days post exposure.
White puss penis discharge and burning while urinating that dont come and go.

You can be sure if you test negative as you seem to think you have it.
