burning

Hi ,
I have had relation last year (not active after that) . It was unprotected.  I feel burning in vagina some times . My urine color is dark yellow from last one month. My HIV , VDRL and Hepatitis B reports were  negative after six months.  My PAPS was also normal after one year .  Earlier i was getting small pimples on my back . But few days back i got big red  pimple on right shoulder. it didn't  have pain, itching or pus. it's very soft. Then after 10  days i am getting another now.

So my question is that is some kind of infection or only a stress?  Should i go for any test ?

pimples can very well occur due to stress and anxiety. It sounds like the only thing you haven't tested for is HSV... HIV usually includes RPR for syphilis. Double check wiht your GYN that she tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea during your pap and if so and it was normal I think it is time to move on and relax.

darker urine can be due to many things not drinking enough water, too much protein... if it concerns you see a urologist.  Burning can also occur if you don't drink enough water or do much caffine.

These are the things  you should have tested for after unprotected sex, HIV, Syphilis, HSV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trick ... again you have two check off your list for sure. double check with your GYN BC they normally test for Chamydia and gono during a pap.

no you can not.

if you are still having symptoms, you need to follow up monday for them with your provider.

you can't rely on a pap test for herpes testing - it isn't helpful for that. depending on the type of pap test you had done depends if you had any std testing done at all.

Hi,
This is concerned with my last question. I saw my PAPS report. My doctor did CBC test and looked for lesion and trichomonas in PAPS and in direct physical exam. Report is negative and as i told you my HIv was negative after six months. My question is that can we relate CBC test with any infection like white blood cell ?
