burning rash in groin/penis

1-my tip of my penis burns at time, either when im peeing or when im not feeling i feel burning at the tip. what does this mean?

2- a week ago i have unprotected oral sex with a female. she told me that she was clean and she even got tested and everything came out fine..days later i developed a rash on both side of my thigh fold, where my groin area meets my thigh..on the ride side was a red rash that burned like crazy, on the left side was a rash that also burned but looks different cuz this one was scaling more, burning more, had red wet spots on this rash...my scrotum turned red and burned for a day,.

the burning was on and off for a week..so it calmed down...and just burns at time but i still have my 2 rashes.

what does this mean, is this an std.herpes? if it was herpes would it just be in one spot?...i see little red spot on my penis as well is this related.

I agree.

You probably have a fungal infection since its in the folds of the skin, but you really really need to get it checked.  You've already waited long enough.

I don't think it is herpes, but there is a herpes community on this web-site which will have more information then I will. I encourage you to visit it for more info on herpes.

1-It could be irritation from an unknown product.
2-The rash doesn't sound like herpes or any STD.

I would advise going to your Dr and getting everything checked out. You can look and look all over your body and you will find things that you never knew were there but it doesn't mean it's something new.
