can prostatitits/urethritis/epididymitis persist after treating suspected Chlamydia?

Having symptoms weeks after treatment for suspected chlamydia

Been in a relationship for 6 years. Made a huge mistake 4 weeks ago (June 24th) and received very brief unprotected oral. My anxiety was at an all time high immediately after and has stayed that way. Within the next week I started experiencing frequent urination and possibly a small amount of clear discharge. Maybe just a drip noticed before urination. But i constantly felt like i had to pee. No pain when urinating.
After 12 days I took 1g azithromycin and 400mg cefixime which I got from online pharmacy. I didn't have to urinate so often after taking meds.
A week later (13th July) frequent urination but only occasionally. I also noticed left side of tip of penis is slightly swollen and urethra opening maybe slightly red which causes my pee stream to go to the right a bit (Maybe I have urethritis?)
I also think my right testicle has been swollen and had slight pain in testicles a couple of times (Maybe epididymitis?) also dull nerve like pains in penis head at times. I've peed into a glass now and again and noticed a couple of times that my urine has white cloudyness in it separated from the actual urine (which was quite dark when this has happened) but then the next time I urinate it's clear. I'm overseas and went to a doctor yesterday... didn't fully understand me I think as I gave a urine sample (which was clear urine) thinking he was checking for sti's but came back and said they'd tested for white blood cells? Said didn't appear any abnormalities. Said I could have prostatitis and gave me antibiotics and told me to follow up in a week with a uroligist.
My question is this...ive read azithromycin is pretty much guaranteed to cure chlamydia, but is it possible i had chlamydia and it has infected my prostate and caused bacterial prostatitis but taking the azithromycin has killed the initial chlamydia? Or if the chlamydia got to my prostate the azithromycin hasnt cured it? Can you get prostatitis that persists after the initial bacteria has been cured? I'm waiting to be able to see a uroligist to get tested but my anxiety has been so intense for a month now. I haven't had sex with my girlfriend since the incident but I go home in 9 days and want to have peace of mind that I maybe i have prostatitis and it can't be passed on. Same question for if i have urethritis... can it persist after taking medication that would usually cure infection.
Any advice would help. Thanks

Here's my experience, got NGU from a stripper blow job. Got the shot in the butt and a one gram hit of azithro. Had a clear drip instantly cured by the shot. UTI symptoms persisted frequent urination, burn etc. went back got put on doxy for 10 days. Symptoms persisted and when I went back had pain in the anus after using bathroom and back ache, ngu moved to prostate, diagnosed with prostatis. Lexofloxin 7 days 750 MG cleared me up. Different antibiotics work on different bacteria and since ngu can be the cause of many different it can take a few try's. After all my antibiotic usage to clear this i wound up with a nasty case of balantis. Sounds like you might have something similar going on. My std tests always came back negative only had WBC and when I had prostatis had RBC in my urine. Could never culture it either
