clear discharge - no bacteria found after several tests

This seems to be a never ending story. 6 months ago I had protected intercourse + unprotected as the condom slipped at one point.
Clear discharge started about two weeks afterms. I was embarrassed and hoped for it to go away (I know stupid thoughthe) however I went to see a doctor 6 weeks later.
Hiv - negative
Chlamydia - negative
Bloodtest - everything okay
Doxy for 7 days just in case

After finishing the treatment went to the doctor again as the discharge remained. No other complications.
Tested again - nothing.
Cipro - 10 days.
Result : discharge remained.
Went to the urologist again. Tested all stds with a swab again after 3 months + hiv bloodtest - all negative. Gave me cipro for 30 days. After completing treatment the discharge remained. Went to the urologist again. Tested again + Bloodtest - nothing. Gave me azithromycin for 5 days - nothing changed.

I'm really desperate at this point. What can it be?

Is there any other possibility? I mean he checked it and wasn't concerned about it.

Discharge can be an issue with prostate infection.

He checked my prostate and said it's soft that was basically it. So I assumed that it's alright as he didn't say anything regarding my prostate. Is it common to have a clear discharge if you have prostate issues?
