concerned

Thank you for whoever reads this and if any professional advice is given. I am worried if i should go seek a doctor.

I will try to make this story short but to the point.

having a sexual encounter about a month ago using protection. I noticed a tiny black dot that later  formed into a moon like crater after popping. Thinking this was only a pimple, maybe black head.  Had applied Neosporin.  The crater seemed to be disappearing  with the help of the antibacterial ointment

my concerns
1) the pimple is now a pinkish crater with a white head appearance inside. When applying the Neosporin, the recovery rate was at a faster speed. Does this rule out STDS such as herpes and warts? because herpes can't heal with bacterial cream?

2) if a pimple, can these last longer than months, given i had irritated it.

thank you,
concerned person

thank you sir.  I am going to get it looked by a professional in a couple of weeks, just to relieve stress and bring a peace into my mind.

additional notes- there is no pain and no new 'pimple' or pimples have presented itself yet.

1. Only one spot rules out everything except for syphilis but doubt this is syphilis.

2. don't know

seeing a Dr is never a bad idea.
