Hi good day. Im a bit confused about symptoms that I'm having if it has to do something with a std- sti. I had for like 5 months severe stomach ache with diarea and sometimes constipation, but most of it was diarea. I went several times to the doctor and been checked for lots if things. I did a poop test/check and they found a parasite dientamoeba fragilis. The docter gave me antibiotics to get rid of the parasite and it did go away. Now before I started the antibiotic treatment I had oral sex with a guy I know and he did his condom on and he tried to penetrate me with his penis with condom and lube. But I couldnt because it hurted so we stopped within 5 seconds or so without him inserting his penis with the condom on and lube in my anus because it hurted me. So we stopped that and kissed, licked and sucked on the nipples and oral sex mostly him preforming oral on me. He came and the weird part after he came he put is figers on his sperm and rubbed it on my nipple and the i felt a burning sensation for about few seconds. And i asked him why he did that and he didnt say anything. But I know that it burned when he rubbed his sperm on my nipple because he has been sucking on it for several minutes. But I didn't think much of that when it happens because there is no risk of getting something by him rubbing his sperm on my nipple that he just sucked. Right? Now I have had some yeast infection in my mouth that cleared up within a week and a dry cracked underlip that healed within a month and anal itching on my anus. For about a week or so I felt dizziness and couldn handle sugar or caffeine because it would make the dizziness even worse. And I never had that dizziness feeling in the past when drinking coffee and consuming sugar. Sometimes when I whipe my anus I see little line of blood on the toilet paper. I went to the doctor for the anal itching and got a cream named lidocaine that numbs the anus. But the itch didn't go away so went again to the doctor for him to have a look If its hemroids or something else. He didn't see anything and myself I was feeling if I had any weird bumps on my anus but nothing was there to feel. Now I have got a miconazol hydrocortisone cream for my anus and It really itches even when I put that cream on my anus. I was wondering if all these symptoms that I named has something to do with a std-sti or is it due to the antibiotics that I took that I'm now having a yeast infection in my mouth a cracked open underlip and anal itching? Or is it an std-sti. I went for a check when I was having those sympthos due to the parasite and all came negative. Although I didn't test on gonorrhea or Chlamydia. But HIV lues hep herpes where all negative. What can it be? And should I test again for the HIV lues hepatitis and herpes including Chlamydia and gonorrhea. Or should I only test for Chlamydia and gonorrhea? Could it be Candida? What should i do.please some serious informed answers. Thank you in regards.

Correct about antibiotics and hemorrhoids can be very small like a small cut that heals and any kind of pressure like straining can open it again.
So the anal itching cracked underlip and the yeast infection in my mouth is likely due to candida overgrowth caused by the antibiotica that i took?. Because ive heard here and there that using antibiotica kills good and bad bacteria in the body and colon that can give candida overgrowth on some parts of the body. And hemorrhoids do You Always see or feel them when they are present on the outside and inside of Your anus? Because i felt with my fingers if i could feel any bumps or something unusual but i didnt even the doctor didnt see something.

Hi, you had no risk for hiv and the since the anal itching would most likely be from hemmorids as thats a very common symptom. No of what you mention suggests any std.

Thank you for the reply. Final question, when you get a blow job can you get HIV through that contact if that person has Hiv. Like if that person had cuts or sores in the mouth during the oral sex?
