groin pain after protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex

Hi
I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex with a professional sex worker 10 days back.
A day after having sex, I visited urologist and he did LFT, urine routine, urine culture tests for baselining, nothing serious was in test reports.
That evening I started feeling some pain in nerve below my left testical and left groin, couple of days laters some rashes also emerged in my left groin, I visited urologist again and he said its just fungal infection and gave me Sertaconazole Nitrate cream 2% and one moisture absorbing powder. Rashes are almost gone now after applying for few days now and pain also reduced initially but a week after intercourse pain in left groin came again.
I also have some cough now and got a ulcer in mouth.
are these symptoms of any disease? What should I do now?

No std causes those symptoms so it must be an injury like maybe twisting to see if anythings showing up on your genital area/ Anxiety can cause all kinds of strange things.

Hi your symptoms donot suggest any std and no std shows symptoms the next day. The groin pain is most likely an injury from the act itself.

Thanks Dave, it has been 10 days and still I am having this pain in left thigh and groin. I don't think that act cause any injury, it wasn't intense at all.
