help identify this issue/std please!

about two weeks ago I noticed bumps that look like many small tiny zits around my penis rim, much like pearly papules but purple in color, when I tilt to look at them, I wrote it off as burst capillaries from alot of sexual activity. I checked on them after cutting back on intercoarse and noticed a bump under the head that resembled a mole or wart. Looking closer I noticed it was like mulliscum or a zit with a black dot in it, tried to pop and ended up ripping it off. After hystarically looking I noticed white raised areas on my penis head and rim. I'm terrified now especially because I noticed a wart that's almost exact skinin color on the scarring from my circumcision. Heres is my backround, I'm 22 male, overly sexually active, as many as 40 partners over years and barely used protection like a moron. I'm on anabolic steroids and have been for about a month. The ones I'm using are trenabolone enanthate and testosterone enanthate. Please help me. This stress has effected my performance at work and socially made me shell up.

this could be any number of things going on. best thing to do is to be seen and get a proper work up . since you have unprotected sex and multiple partners, best to get a full std screening. make sure it also includes herpes testing too.
