herpes?

ok to start off I am a super hypochondriac...anything that ever resembles an std I freak out and get tested...
I am 26, male and sexually active, I am regular with my tests and was tested about a month ago...2 days ago I had vaginal and oral sex with a lady friend...durring the night we had sex 3 times very rigorously...
the on the first time I was wearing a condom and when finished found out it had broken. The sex was kinda rough and I had been drinking so it lasted for quite along time...because the condom had broken we did not use them again that night (the damage was done, so to speak)...and all the sex was very rowdy, rough, and lasted a long time. also on the second go around, rather than taking her panties off I just slid them to the side (i was able to feel that against my penis, so i removed them)

well today I noticed 2 small red bumps about 1/4 up my shaft, almost where the condom would have ended...they almost resemble an ingrown hair...I am worried it may be herpes, but it does not resemble any of the symptoms on the internet...there is no puss or blisters, just 2 red bumps that seem to be diminishing a little bit...
what do you think, is this herpes, hpv...or just an abrasion from rough sex....please any advice would help

I have had the SAME problem recently..I am a girl but I also have some of the same symptoms..I would like to know if "rough" sex can cause an abrasion on the clit. We had sex multiple times in the night, it seems to also be getting better/ smaller..but I am very nervous that it is something serious..HELP PLEASE!
No blister..or oozing of anything has appeared just a red, tender, patch of skin.
