hiv testing??

A month ago i dry humped a female doggystyle,we were both wearing clothes. She was wearing shorts with underwear and i was wearing boxers with jeans but the jeans had a hole towards the testicular area,the hole was really small,after i proceeded to finger her and she bled on my finger from fingering to hard. I had no visible cuts on my finger. Me and my. Got tested for a hiv and antigens rapid test. I was at exactly 28 days after possible exposure,she was at 2 or 3 weeks and we both tested negative. Although my risk are low and there was no intercourse with the other female,me and my girlfriend developed some symptoms. Although we think its just from over thinking things,she developed a rash on her left lower side of her rib and has been pretty tired. I had a few minor muscle aches and some night sweats. How accurate are the 4th generation and anti body test after a 28 day period and should we have any concern since we both tested negative?? I have used condoms with my gf since before that incident with the other female.

If my penis where to have touched her panties through the rip i had in my jeans,would that be of concern??
