im pretty sure im infected.

I got tested a week ago and i have to wait one more week for my results. About 3 to 6 months ago i slept with 3 african american prostitutes on different days. everytime i had sex with them i made sure i had a condom on. Im 18 years young and it was a mistake that i still regret. i havent had sex ever since because i dont want to pass the disease on (HIV). The reason why i think i have it is because i remember when i had sex with one of them i didnt put my condom on properly and i saw how her vagina fluid was on my penis skin and i have tiny holes on my penis skin...
ive had a sore throat after the encounter (3 weeks after) and it lasted for 2 weeks. and ive had chronic diahrria for 1 month now. i think its messed up how some HIV infected people dont care about passing the disease on. if i come out to be positive i wont pass it on to anyone through sex.

What does your doctor say that they are?

Stress can cause that for a month, but also look at your diet.  I know when I was 18, I wasn't eating all that well, and I'm not even sure I knew what fiber was.  ;)

thanks alot for ur reply.
you dont know how much this means to me and other people, how you put in your time to help us with our problems and i love you for this.
you are right it was irresponsible and dumb to pay them for sex and i cant blame anyone but myself.
I was thinking that my diarrhea could be from stress and anxiety but ive had it now for 1 month and i dont think stress and anxiety make it last for that long....what do u think?
and i dont know what u call these holes but its like a small red spot on my penis area and i have small pimples on it with holes in them...its not an std i got it checked out

OK lets calm down ok?

First, most people, including sex workers, don't have HIV in the US.  Less than 1% of the population does.

Second, if any of these women had HIV, the chances that you would get it from them, even not using a condom, are about 1/1000 or 1/2000.

Third, you used condoms.  That will help reduce the risk.

Fourth - your symptoms are incredibly vague and can be from allergies, a cold, a regular old respiratory virus, etc.  Your diarrhea can be from stress or a poor diet that might need more fiber.  HIV wouldn't cause these symptoms this fast.

The holes in your penis - are you talking about skin pores?  Everyone has those, and the risk still isn't that high for men having sex with women.

And before you start railing against people who are having sex with stds or HIV and them not caring, remember that you voluntarily paid these women for their services.  If you don't want to be at risk for stds, then perhaps you should find a long term girlfriend, test, and then be monogamous.

Sorry to hear about your symptoms, hopefully your tests will come back negative.  People can be very irresponsible when it comes to STDs (either from lack of knowledge or ethics), so it's always good to err on the side of caution for your own safety.

Good luck and I'm sure all will work out for the best.
