itchy blister

Can an itchy blister on my thumb be an std?, I received fellatio a month ago

no. it's not an std.

and to answer your question more specifically, it's DEFINITELY not herpes.  your thumb cannot contract herpes because it needs to be mucuosy skin like lips & genitals.

unless by "thumb" you mean "penis"

then it could very well be an STD and regardless of what i or anyone says on this forum, you should get it checked out.
