long scar on penis

       I met a  guy last week ,once we went to bed for the 1st time ,i saw a long scar on his penis which freaked me out
i asked him about the reason why he got this he got confused and didnt give me an answer!...
is there any std that can casue a long scare on the back of the shaft of the penis ?
if an std was the cause ,what is it ?
and could it be infectious to touching ?

Touching does not transmit STD's and again that scar has nothing to do with a STD. Why not talk to this person about STD's before going further?

one more question please..
can precum be infectious if a hand or any body part touched it ?(no oral ,anal or vaginal sex was included)
