std 911

yer
I am super duper petrified @ the fact of running the risk of actually being another stupid carrier of an std..
I have noticed these pin point bumps in my manly  tool.before they appeared  a major itch manipulates my senses. I am super scared for I had unprotected intercourse with my lady , I was victim of a product called xomax which promised to give me bigger size , I don't know if maybe I was allergic to its chemicals or maybe I caught a virus from oone of those crazy stupid nights but I need help , the 1st bump I had dissapeared and now I have another little one in my scrotum and on the (gulp) head of my penis , I thought it was dry skin so I pealed it and now is scabbing , any1 out there please shed some clearance as to what my condition may be , I am going this weekend to a testing center , but im super depressed and is embarrasing talking about this but I rather speak for a little bit , then remain silent  and suffer forever , thanks for your precious time and im sorryyy!

Oh no need to go to the emergency room.  Find an std clinic near you.  Just google your town and/or state's health dept and you can find an std or free clinic near you.

You could have a fungal infection, an allergic reaction, warts, herpes - anything is really possible, and its hard to narrow down on the internet because so many things give similar symptoms.

If you can, get checked sooner than the weekend, as you want to show them the symptoms when they are new.
