i took a one time dosage of azithromycin 2 g. it was about 1030 this morning about 430 i think im coming down with a stomach virus. will the antibotics still work if i have a virus? will the virus kill the antibotics

i think i had the virus so you said the antbotic will still work for chlamydia or gonorrea,? do you think you can get gonorreha or chlamydia if she has it in her throat? should they gave me the eds

the antibiotics you were given frequently cause gi upset too. It will get better in a day if it is the cause.
