microplasma infection thru sexual contact

hi experts

wondering anybody can help

i had unprotected sex 3 months ago ,had no discharge but had enlarged testicles and epidemitis pain
consulted urologist,taken 7 days doxycelene and pain still persisted was give 10 days zithromax
after 1 month of finishing course,testicles reduces but slight pain still persist

after taking antiboitics,had dizziness and now am on vertigo medicine for 2 weeks but still not getting better
took another microplasma AB blood test and count reduced from 1.8 to 1.4 neutral zone

had breathing problems and numbness on hand and legs,so dont know whter this microplasma causing me all this
other problems

All of these do not have anything to do with a STD. All I can say is keep working with your Dr.

tks for yr feedback,greatly appreciated

had done a full blood test hiv /std nothing found
now ringing in ears getting louder and inbalance not going away also
getting numbness in upper limbsafter a few hours of sleep,had seen a neurologist did a mri on brain for stroke nothing found,also done an mri for spine on neck part nothing found

i suspect i got a bacteria or virus from my last sexual contact but my doctors not able to help me get down to the bottom of my inbalance,titinus
now my eyes having more filler lines,just saw a eye specialist and he said no eye infection or nothing found,

also get upper limb numbness after sleeping for a few hours and causing me to loose sleep

dont know wheter anybody can point me in the right direction
pls help am sinking fast

Follow up with your Dr. breathing and numbness is not a symptom of any STD including microplasma.
