multiple courses of antibiotic not successful for NGU/NSU

About 3 months ago, I went for a std check up where my results are negative for chlamydia, syphillis ,HIV and herpes. After a week, i went back to the doctor as i have mild burning sensation during urination. The doctor proceeded and take a swab from my penis and then took a look under a microscope where  he diagnosed me with NGU and NSU after looking under a microscope and prescibe me some antibiotics. After 3 weeks, i went for a check and the bacteria is still there under the microscope, 2 kinds of antibiotic was give. Another 3 weeks passed and i went for a check where there is presence of std. He prescibed me doxycycline for 10 days, azithromycin for 2 days, potassium permanganate crystal to dissolve in water to dip my penis in for 10mins and also a bottle of transparent liquid drops for my penis.
Now, i read through online and found out that gonnorhea, mycoplasma  etc can be tested throught PCR and asked my doctor about this. He told me regardless of which bacteria(chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc) caused my std, the antibiotic treatment will be the same.
for the 1st and 2nd course of antibiotic, i have taken different antibiotic including ceftriaxone.
Is it true that the antibiotic treament for std are the same regardless of the bacteria caused?
Please advise me for the next step

Hello,i had a swab test and there is still bacteria under the microscope. Is it possible that the bacteria is resistance to few types of antibiotic?
i doubt it
