my boyfriend

So last night my boyfriend and I had sex then after he had told me that his penis was burning during sex.  We then checked his penis and we noticed red blotches around his penis head.  It kinda looks like rug burn or if you rub your skin hard and alot it kind of gets raw.  Its not painful when he showers or touches it. We were thinking that maybe it can be from his training he wears his boxers a pair of jeans and heavy firefighting gear in the past two weeks he has been in training and his clothes are always wet and he is always sweating like his clothes will rub up against his penis and it gets raw.  but we dont know its like I know I havent been with anyone else and I dont think he has either but we are both concerned.

With what you described, constant wetness in the genital area is breeding ground for fungal infections.  He should see a doctor so what ever this is does not get worse. This does not seem std related at all.

does not seem STD related, especially since you have been having consistent sex.
