Help! Confused!

I had sex with one of my friend, few days later i notice a small lesion on my penis. At first i thought it was just some sores but then it developed into some kind of small tiny little bump. It turned dark and nothing happened it just stayed there until now. The tiny little dark bump has been with me for almost a year now, i can urinate normally it doesn't itch it doesn't sting. It just stay there.. Is this STD? I'm 18 and i'm stressed out because of this. I'm too shy to go to the doctor.. Any help?

since you had unprotected sex, you should follow up with proper std testing at the proper times.  you can test for chlamydia, gonorrhea, ngu and trich any time after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months. you also should be seen and get your symptoms properly examined too so you can find out what is causing them. we'd totally be guessing as to their cause here.

always have protected sexual contact! it saves you money from frequent testing, saves you from having to worry and of course it protects you!  if you are going to be sexually active, you need to also be sexually responsible. also helps to provide more protection against unplanned pregnancy in partners too.
