open sore

Hi I had sex with my friend. This is not our first time doing it unprotected by the last time we did he seem to has sore but it look like scabs but we did it anyway so this never happen to me before but I got this open sore on the lip of my Virginia I have no symptoms but a discharge an it appear on my pantys as a brown looking substance an I didn't know it was there until today when I look at myself it don't itch or hurt or burn so wat culd this b

An its not in a for of a blister... it look like it could of been a scab at first an wen I had sex again the scabs came off it look like a cut not any type of numb or wateva an I had no itchy burning or no sytoms until the scabs came off I didn't Evan know it was there.... plezz give sum advice
