oral sex STD

5 days ago i had oral with a stranger.  now i have a sore throat and a few pin poke type sores on my tongue. I am prone to canker sores. But worried due to oral that may not be it just cankers .

Did you give oral sex? If you did, it could be an STD, but the only way to know is to get it checked. If you didn't give the oral, then it can't be an STD.
