oral to vagina

Please help. On Aug 5, I gave unprotected oral to a female friend while fingering her anus. Most of the saliva and fluids flowing were used for lubrication. I am now feeling guilty because I have a gf. My gf has since experienced 2 self diagnosed yeast infections with the 2nd one being almost a month and half later but came with a sore throat and a high fever. I am really stressed out that I gave something to my gf. Now I have had a white tongue for about a month and recentely started feeling the need to urinate a lot. No discharge or smell. Is it  my anxiety giving me a white tongue with the need to urinate a lot? Also, I got tested for clahm, gonor, and syphilis a month after exposure but all were negative. However if I had anything in throat it would not come out in urine. I do not think my female friend is high risk cuz she his married with 2 kids, 2nd one was born 10 months ago and I think she would have been tested. Is it possible I might just have yeast infection too?

Thanks Vance. Just a couple more questions to ease my mind. I know vaginal to oral transmission is ver rare according to Dr Hunter but lets say worst case scenario I got gono or syphilis in the mouth. I do not do oral to my gf because she doesnt like it but I do usually use my saliva to lubricate before sex. If I had gono or syphilis in the mouth would I transmit to her vagina just by using my saliva? I know (or hope) its just my anxiety messing with me making me connect dots that dont need to be connected.

Your risk was low and you are corret urine test would not show a STD. I would not be concerned, but see a Dr for your current issue.
