pain in tip of penis! off and on.

I have been having pain in the tip of my penis for about 2 weeks, wife had an open pimple like sore near her clitoris about 2 months ago lasted about 5 days then went away, neither of us have had discharge or pain during urination does this sound typical of an std?,

No, not from seconds of oral.

See a Dr, this does not sound STD related.

Also worried because I have occasionally been meeting with other men for mutual masturbation and had done so a few times a couple of weeks before my wife had developed the sore in her vagina, on one of those occasions had been at a glory hole and let a guy  give me head, we were just mutually masturbating at first and he sucked my **** for a few seconds before l stopped him and put a condom on and let him do it more.
I know the mutual masturbation part is generally considered safe sex but would there be much risk of an std transmission from a few seconds of oral? Went to my doctor a few days ago and told him about the pain in the tip of my penis and that l didn't have discharge or painful urination not about any of the rest of the stuff and he had me do a urine test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea right away now am worried sick waiting for the results. l have had similar penis pains a few times a year for as long as l can remember but never as painful as this time and l do suffer from herpes as well but not with this kind of pain as a side effect.
