question, std?

hello

so over  three weeks ago i had protected sex with a questionable women. yesterday i noticed two separate, red/pinkish marks, not really bumps because they appear flat. both are located within my pubic hair area. they do not itch, and tingling/burning was not felt in that area. could this be a late herpes outbreak? or another std?
