rash on penis

i have a rash on my penis is kinda red lil dots that don't itch hurt o discharge... the skin of my penis itches a bit every now and then and there is some smell in the mornings, not bad but a smell that wasn't there before... i had something like that a while ago, went to the doctor and told me i got a fungus infection from washing it with dirty water or something (happened after a trip outside the US) i put some lamisil at night everyday for a couple of weeks and it went away...  now this doesn't look like that at least not as bad s it did back then, could it be the same thing?  it is in the lower right side of my penis head under the skin you cant really see them unless my penis is erect... lil red points...  there is not pain when urinating (except for a couple times but it fixes by drinking lots of water) and there's no discharge from my penis... what could it be? can i have sex normally for it doesn't really bother me? BTW i have one fiance for 2 years and is the only one i have sex with...

Perhaps this could be 'pearly penile pepules'. you could google it and find out if the pictures are same as yours. this generally  happens between the age of 20-30.

Sounds like the fungal infection is back, especially if there's an odor.  Use the cream again, and this time use it for 2 weeks longer than you have symptoms to make sure its gone.

There isn't really anything sucky about it - it is what it is.  Fungal infections are very common, and hygiene doesn't always matter.
