red dots on foreskin burning sensation

6 days ago, it started with an itchy rash, about a dozen red dots on the foreskin

used some over-the-counter fungus / rush cream
and cleaned with alcohol and Thimerosal Tincture,
after 3 days the red dots turned to black dots
and dry skin but still burn when touched

wonder if I could catch an infection from using a public restroom and
accidentally touched the toilet seat rim or by hand transfer (though nothing on fingers)

You can not get a STD from a toilet. See a Dr, this is not STD related.

Yes that's true, but herpes do not turn black after using soaps and creams. This does not sound std related.

People often get genital herpes by having sexual contact with others who don’t know they are infected or who are experiencing an outbreak of herpes without any visible sores. A person with genital herpes can also infect a sexual partner during oral sex.

The virus is spread only rarely, if at all, by touching objects such as a toilet seat or hot tub.

Thanks,
Guess one question was if an infection, STD or not, can be transferred from seat contact.

The micro pimples have now turned to open skin and dried blood, sure is not STD ?
