red stripe

wdv
I'm a virgin and have never had any experience the slightest bit sexual during my lifetime. Still, I am worried that I might have an STD. There is a red stipe, maybe a rash, on the back of my penis which stretches from the tip to the scrotum. I've had it for at least a year now. Is this a symptom of any STD? Thank you so much!

You can't have an std if you haven't had sex.

There is something called the raphe.  Google that and see if that fits.
