Need Testing for Unprotected Oral?

I have been in a long term long distance relationship. It can be difficult at times. I have been monogamous for 5 years. This week I made a mistake and received unprotected oral sex from a woman. The woman was part of an alternative life style couple. Before anything happened we discussed testing. I told them I was clean; I had been tested for my job. They told me they had been tested 2 weeks ago and were both clean. We agreed to oral with no ejaculation unprotected, and that condoms would be required if there was any sex. There was not any sex. From reading the posts here the only things I generally need to worry about from oral are NGU and gonorrhea, and they most likely will have physical symptoms. The slew of other STD's are very unlikely.  DO you think I should be worried about this? Do I need to get tested if no symptoms arise? Thanks for your help.

Hi,

I am in close to the same situation. I am a single guy who had unprotected oral with a girl I met last night. We both discussed our sexual background and we were both clean she gave me oral sex. I wasn't worried till I looked online, and started to freak out a little. Is there a big risk to this? I get mixed messages from different places, Should I be tested again?

Which tests would you have done?

Since you have a partner I would advise testing just to make sure, but see no reason to be worried.
