soars after sex lower vaginal opening

Just last week I had an intimate encounter drunkenly unprotected. The next day I was pretty soar down there from the friction and lack of lubrication. Then a couple days passed and the pain worsened, especially when i peed. So i took a look down there and i had some irritated round areas about the size of a pencil eraser as well as the area seeming to be a bit swollen. They are all located at the lower end of my vaginal opening. I thought nothing of it thinking I was chaffing or something. A couple more days passed and the soars hurt even more, so I took a peak again and they were very red but not risen more sunken in like ulcers, a round/oval open wound and super painful. They have been like this for three days or so and have not worsened but still super sensitive. I've been using diaper rash cream and coconut oil to sooth the pain. From what i know the areas never blisters. Is it possible it could be something other than herpes i've looked up many pictures and none of them really look like what I have. I also find it weird that i would experience symptoms that early. My doctor recently retired and I'd rather not go to the hospital if not needed, I have a lot going on right now and waiting in a hospital for hours sitting in pain is not one of them!

Herpes can show up as soon as 1-2 days after intercourse.  I'm not trying to scare you but herpes has become more common than most people suspect. The CDC estimates 1 out of every 6 people are infected, but unfortunately many aren't even aware (https://www.cdc.gov/std/herpes/stdfact-herpes.htm) although I've read as many 1 out of 5 people. The pain when you urinate could also be a red flag. When it comes to your health, I'd suggest not taking any chances and get a new doc or go to ER.  Honestly, Id think it's worth the peace of mind knowing either way, inconvenient as that may be. It's the responsible thing to do, you wouldn't want to unknowingly pass something on to your next partner.
I'm sorry you're dealing with this, best wishes to you

With you exactly, so find a new OB-GYN and get an appointment.   I agree this should not have come on so quick but you obviously have an issue that needs addressing.  Only a detail exam will tell you exactly.
