sore throat

This question might be here already, but I am rather worried and dont have the nerves to look it up

I performed unprotected oral sex on my boyfriend earlier today--now I have red dots on the back of my throat and my throat is also a little sore....

could it be possible I could have contracted some sort of STD or STI? Or could it be that we were a little rough? Are these red dots and sore throat normal?

Oops - but you don't want to use lube for oral.  Maybe you need to give yourself a little rest, and only do it for half the time you are now.

Lube might help with this, especially if you are playing the extended version of sex.  ;)

I agree.

If it persists, see your doctor to rule out strep throat, etc.

Also, if you and your bf haven't been std tested, now is a good time.  :)

possibly just from being ruff..a std wont show in just one day...so the fact that it will show in that SAME day isnt likely AT ALL..im am no expert but ive heard it enough to tell you that symptoms wont show in just one day..of course it wont hurt to get checked just to be on the safe side :) im really not sure about the red dots..im sure it could be from being rough..but i know that thee sore throat can occur from ruff oral sex. Relax :)
