std help

I am a married man and had protected and unprotected sex with a unknown female 30 days ago. The next morning I thought I had am STD and my genitals ached. I then had nightsweats for a few nights after. I then felt better and realized maybe I don't have an STD. But the last few days I began worrying again.  I decided to get tested and the results arent back yet. It looked like I might have had a white spot 4 days ago on my penis and I began freaking out. It has not gotten bigger. I convinced myself I had an STD and since I have been worrying like crazy, I now have had a pain on my side.  Like where they say lymph nodes are. They aren't swollen. I wake up and the pain isn't there. I stay busy and its gone. But the minute I sit around and start thinking about my life coming to an end, it hurts again.  Does anyone else have these anxiety problems?!  Or do y'all think I have an STD? Please help

The pain in the groin has become worse..started taking some hydrocodone left over from a previous tooth extraction..which helps. Still staring at my penis. Occasionally it will itch in a random place and I'll stare until I convince myself it looks different. Any thoughts on it being herpes??..still waiting on test results...I feel my life is done. What other ailment could it possibly be?

Today I found what looks to be a few white bumps in the crease of my groin near my thigh. Right next to it seems to be bruised (purple). I went and got tested again because I have convinced myself I have herpes...

Talk to your Dr, it is not related to a STD.

I have had - strange aches and pains when I worried about something. But I do trust test results. If they are negative, I forget about STDs and go on with my life, and sure enough, the strange aches and pains disappear too.

You got tested for STDs 4 weeks after exposure. That is enough time for most STDs to have shown up in your system. If they are negative, you should stop obsessing about STDs and move on.

Tested negative 4 weeks after possible exposure. The pain in that groin vein is still there and it kind of radiates to my hip. No big bump or anything, just the annoying pain that is there. Still no sores that I can see on my penis.  What could this possibly be?

I can see the blue vein in this area more so than yesterday now. Its still on the same pain scale.  Is it my inguinal vein doing this because of herpes. Still no scabs or lesions. Any thoughts?

That is clearly anxiety. Not saying you don't have a STD but the "symptoms" you have is anxity.
