Unless you develop actual symptoms like discharge, blisters, pain during urine etc

Read those two links hopefully it puts things into perspective you should not worry
That should some what answer #1 and #2 as for number 3 with or with out blood the only slight risk is hsv1 but roughly 60% of people already have it and I would not stress about it
