std/uti clear up?

I am a 29 year old married male. I made the mistake of letting another male give me oral sex (on a Tuesday), and about 3 days later (Friday), began to have pain upon urinating and then a white discharge the next day( Saturday). The discharge lasted for about 3 days (Saturday-Monday), with Sunday morning being the worst, with a much greater amount of discharge than when it first occurred. And by greater, I mean dripping on my underwear and still coming out of my penis, where as before it had only been a slight drip. Then, on Monday morning, there was hardly any white discharge and NO pain upon urination. Come Tuesday morning, no white discharge and no pain, but slight irritation in the urethra. Wednesday, slight irritation and possibly some clear discharge, but I am uncertain. Thursday (today), some irritation, and it's hard to tell but it seems like no discharge. I took NO antibiotics until today after I saw a doctor and had a urinalysis taken to see what is going on. I have not heard back yet, but what are the chances this is NOT gonnorhea from oral sex? Could it be more likely to be NGU or irritation due to a lubricant? I mean, I went for 6 days with no treatment and i started to feel better within about 4 of those days. I also talked to the guy who performed the blowjob on me and he told me neither he nor his boyfriend showed any symptoms of anything. While I know 50% of men don't show signs of certain STDs, what are the chances that neither of these guys have symptoms and are sick, passing it on to me? I have never heard of gonorrhea or any other std starting to clear up like that in 4 days time. What the heck could be going on?

Here's an update: still awaiting test results. Seems as though no more discharge, but urethra slightly irritated. Any thoughts?

thanks tony. you really put my mind at ease. Still a little nervous and hope you are right, but yeah it does seems strange that the discharge would magically start to go away.

This wasn't gonorrhea my friend. This sounds like either NGU or an irritant from the lube like you said. Wait for your results but I'm sure gonorrhea won't be an issue here. Good luck.
