swollen collar bone glands

Hello I posted this concern on a different forum . I'm really impressed with the knowledge in this community. So I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal . Now four days ago I had flu like symptoms , or maybe its cause I've been on a drinking binge for a month straight . So any way I started with a sore throat . Then my collarbone glands inflamed. I took cold and flu and such ,on the fifth day my glands went down (not inflamed any more ) but still I have a little cough and chest pain . So I'm asking could this be related to an std ? Appreciate any input , thanks .

At the very least, I can relate to your question. There are many other things that a sore throat can indicate than an STD. It could be due to flu, mono, strep, even allergies. On the other hand, some STD's do sometimes involve a sore throat. The likelihood is that it is something other than an STD, but I understand your stress. You can see that I've asked similar questions.

This has nothing to do with a STD.
