uncomfortable penis for 2 months?

hi,

I have a query which i could use some advice on. 2 months ago i received a protected blow job and hand job from a sex worker. The hand job was rather rough and i felt some pain as I'm uncircumcised. Later that day I used a dildo on myself anally which did cause some pain when I ejaculated.

7 days later things started feeling 'off' downstairs and when i checked inside the meatus there was a small cut\abrasion. I went to my local sexual health clinic who checked and confirmed it as an abrasion. There was no discharge, sores, lumps, rash, etc. They also did a urine test for Gon, Cla, and HSv2 at 12 days post exposure which came back negative. I was advised to was the glans keep it dry for the abrasion to heal.

Unfortunately I did keep it clean enough and the symptoms \ abrasion persisted for another week. So I went to see my local doctor who confirmed it as a 'paper cut' inside the meatus. Once again he advised to keep the area clean but I over did it cleaning under the foreskin which irritated it even worse to the point that the weird sensations didn't start to go until almost two months post encounter. (When I started washing correctly the abrasion healed up in a week or so).

My main problem is since this all started I've noticed i no longer wake with erections in the morning (but i can get an erection if i need to). The weird sensations have died down yet persist. Subsequent visits to the doc's have drawn a blank. On one occasion I was told it should die down with time, on another I was told it was all in my head.

So my first question is: what risk am i at from a protected oral and hand job?

2nd question: could my anxiety be affecting my downstairs to the point that im noticing less erections and more sensations? Stress does seem to make things worse?

3rd question: Is it possible to have an std like what I have described? That slowly diminishes over a 2 month time period?

From my research I've determined the only way to catch an sti from protected oral is in the mouth comes into contact with part of the penis that isnt covered by the concom, (this didnt happen) whilst STI transmission from hand relief is incredibly rare.

So I've been back to my doc's (for a 5th time) to schedule a blood test for psa levels of the prostate as I may have irritated it and another sti test 2 months post contact for peace of mind.

My anxiety \ stress levels over the past two months have been a rollercoaster which is affecting my sleep, work and social life so I'm desperate for some answers.

sorry for the lengthy text but i thought id give as much info as possible.

many thanks

thanks dave, thats what i thought. well its 48 hours since i started putting canestan on and theres been a definite improvement. initially theres was a lot of 'burning down there' but that soon faded. since then ive had one 'spike' in discomfort then a few, smaller very short lived ones. so far today its been pretty quiet which is backing up my theory. i still may need AB's to kill it completely but i think im on the right road at last!

no idea if this is going to work but i found something similar on this site. it could be simple bacteria on the glans thats causing it to itch. I've gone back to washing it twice a day and applying a thin film of canestan cream to see if it helps. otherwise its back to the docs for some antibiotics.

sorry a bit of additional info, initially the weird sensations was stinging in the meatus (caused by the paper cut, now gone) a burning sensation in the glans (caused by over washing \ rubbing too many times a day, now also gone).

all that's left seems to be a tension in the urethra that comes and goes through out the day.
