hello,

two days before i went to a pub and i was fully drunken, when i came out one hooker cald me nd i also went with her. Initially i just kissed her fr 2 minutes and received a blow job without condoms. Then suddenly she stopped and went to nearby place and got some coccaine frm a guy nd came bak aftr 5 mins. then  she smoked a litlle of that (am afraid she didnt give any blow job to that guy)  & gave me blow job fr 5 to 8 minutes, but unfortunately as am over drunked i couldnt ejaculate any cum so she tried very fastly with her hand . As this is my first time in my life of keeping sex relation, when she fastly shagged me with her hand . due to pull down of my skin  i suffered wit the pain nd i asked her to stop nd go. Any way i didnt ejaculate. when i came home i urinated & cleaned my penis with hot water and tried to retract the foreskin back bt as it was very sensitive nd painful i couldnt retract my skin back . while am cleaning i found slight traces of dry blood  in my penis, the blood didnt go even aftr cleaning also.

So next morning wen i wake up ,even when the erection was happening naturally i felt very painful bcoz the skin was very tight to retract   . As the sensitive part of penis was direcctly touching my trousers i felt very uncomfotable even to walk. So again went to toilet nd cleaned my penis, after 5 mins of soaking my penis wit hot water finally i retracted my foreskin back.

Now my questions are ,

1. Will I get Aids because of this insertive fellatio ?
2. Is it possible to get any STD ?
3. Do I need to take hiv or viral load test now or later ?
P.S - Am too much worried and panicked of my chances of aids. For past two  days am feeling very tired , getting sharp pain in my penis, getting slight headaches, slight abdominal pain and sometimes numbness in hands & legs

you need to be seen again to have your new symptoms evaluated.  

usually pain with bowel movements and bleeding is due to hemorrhoids but you'll need a proper exam to know for sure.

I forgot to mention that, am suffering from severe pain and burning sensation while and after passing stool. Am also getting bleeding while passing stool. This is for past one week.

Hi , As mentioned earlier I saw the doctor at 10th day after exposure and gave swab , blood and urine test.  My results came few days back and everything was okay. But today my penis were itching too much and i noticed some milky white discharge and slight sore in the penis (donno exactly whthr it is a sore). Does it might be the symptoms of Herpes or Syphillis or some other STI ?  Is it possible to show negative results as the test was taken earlier on 10th day ?My next blood test is on 5th of Jan, do I need to wait until that or shld I need to see the doctor immediately . Please reply me

I donno what test they done on my urine. I went to sexual health clinic after 10 days of encounter. they took SWAB test frm my penis, also gave blood nd urine test. From the swab test my doctor tld i hv traces of Chlamydia or some other non specific sti.

your symptoms sound as much as irritation from too tough oral and yanking more than anything.  

what testing did you have done on your urine? how long after the encounter was it done?

Hi ,  Its been one week after taking the antibiotics fr clamydia or some other non specific sti. Am also waiting fr my urine & blood test to come.. The thing is even after my medications am hvng painless swollen glands in neck , armpit & groin area. Recently had itching all over my body without any rashes & it went off after using allegra 120 mg tablet, also hve some dry winter like rashes that r nt itchy . I got affected by throat infection again (2nd time in past 15 days), also experiencing stomach pain sometimes.

1. What Kind of STI can cause these symptoms ?
2.Most cases says it is not possible to get hiv from receiving blowjob, bt am afraid dat my symptoms r matchi with primary hiv infection.
3. Does swab test diagonise Herpes , syphillis & gonnorhea ?

thank u fr ur kind reply ... in past 4 days my symptoms includes
1. itching in the tip of  penis
2. sudden and sharp pain in both side of testicles & lower abdomen (majorly on right side), also in penis
3. Body and joint pain, tingling sensation in the left thumb nail
4. dry throat

So this symptoms confirm i hv some std's ? what are the necessary tests to be taken to give the clear picture of my problems ? I got an appointment with doctor on friday, the incident happened last saturday. Is it too late to see the doctor ? or if i hv any std's can it be prevented or cured in this stage ...  Kindly please reply ...
