unprotected oral - fingering with cut

2 weeks ago I had unprotected oral with a high risk individual. Also fingered her with a superficial cut (from my understanding is zero risk)

2 days later I had slight burning at the tip of my penis and pain with ejaculation.  Went to planned parenthood, they tested me and gave me 1g azithromycin and ceftriaxone injection. The symptoms went away. Weird thing is they said they would call me if the tests came back positive so sex partners could get treated as well, and I haven't got a call back....

Anyways, I started feeling nausea a few days after the medication, could be from not drinking water though (I was in vegas) the nausea is gone now.

My main concern now is my right testicle it pretty tender and I can feel a lymph node on the same side in my groin area (sign of infection?) But shouldn't the antibiotics have killed any infections?

I have read over and over dr. Handsfield and dr. Hook both say very low to zero risk for hiv, and other stds for that matter...

What do you think it could be? Also sorry for writing a book, just a bit concerned....

Thanks guys!

You are correct. Sometimes people seek out symptoms (like what I've been doing) and thinking worst case scenario....

It causes a lot of anxiety and stress.
But to anyone having the same freakout, doctors told me I have nothing to worry about it.

The only words I have read on this thread are the title.  "unprotected oral - fingering with cut", without any other details, indicates no risk.  HIV is virtually never transmitted by oral sex and no cases have ever been reported of HIV being caught by fingering, with or without cuts on the finger.

For any who cares. I had epididymitis. (Inflammation of the sperm tube) could or could not be caused by std/sti. Gave me doxycycline for 10 days.... With no sex :0

But hey, my testicle is okay (:

Thanks for the response life360.

I had tests done 8 days ago and haven't got any calls so they must be negative...

Should I go into the er about my right testicle being a little swollen and tender? I don't have insurance so emergency room is where I have to go and I don't want to loose my testicles lol

Hi, if its the tip irritation is would be more from an injury from the act as no std causes symptoms in 2 days. Have a test if you concerned

I also had diarrhea the same day I took the biotics, but that's common with the antibiotics.

But while in vegas when I had the nausea, I started a very mild sore throat. Almost like something was back there when I swallowed... it is gone now.

Don't know if that changes anything,  just thought I would put it in there (:
