I would see a gynecologist as soon as possible.

I agree with the above post.  It's probably the more likely cause.  Don't spend money on yeast infection treatments right now, since it is probably more likely a type of bacteria.

Also, the problem with drinking commercial cranberry juice should not be underestimated:  It is high in sugar content.  It is usually in the form of High Fructose Corn Syrup.  Sugar feeds yeast.  So, if you were to go with the cranberry treatment, don't buy the cheap commercial stuff you can get at a grocery store.  Bad idea.  I understand that cranberries are terribly sour.  You can bypass that issue by going to the healthfood store and getting cranberry capsules.  No, not cheap, but no sugar content involved.  Most of us have no idea how much sugar we're consuming on the average day.  This is one time when a woman needs to be aware of the amount of sugar being consumed and avoid all types of obvious sugar--if it's truly a yeast infection.

Also, I do not recommend people using artificial sweeteners for a lot of reasons.  Yes, you avoid the fructose and the sucrose involved with table sugars or corn sweeteners.  But, there is a lot involved in the body as to why you want to avoid those artificial sweeteners.  I would rather avoid the discussion here, since the whole idea veers off of the topic.  But, sugar does feed yeast, so that one was worth mentioning.

Sounds like possible BV, bacterial vaginosis. Go visit your doc for a antibiotic and of course you want to rule out STD's as the possible causes. Good luck
